1. Who We Are

Axelis(“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the online store at axelis.org, selling ice-sports apparel to customers primarily in the UAE. Our registered business is located in Thailand.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Delivery address (street, city, emirate, country, postal code)
  • Order history and payment amounts (not card numbers — those are handled exclusively by Stripe)

We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or full card details. All payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc. and subject to their privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To fulfil and ship your orders
  • To send order confirmations and shipping notifications
  • To respond to customer service enquiries
  • To comply with Thai accounting law (we retain transaction records for 5 years)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (your order) and to comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax regulations under Thai law). Where required by applicable law (UAE PDPL, GDPR), we rely on consent for non-essential communications.

5. Data Retention

Order and payment records are retained for 5 years as required by Thai accounting law, after which personal identifiers are anonymised. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and anonymisation of your order history
  • Object to or restrict certain processing

7. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — payment processing (United States). Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Cloudflare R2 — image storage.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a cart cookie to store your cart. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
