1. About Us

Axelis (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates axelis.org, an online store for ice-sports apparel. Our business is registered in Thailand. All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams).

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at contact@axelis.org to initiate a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Axelis. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axelis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
